Stan Alleyne, Co-Founder + CEO
Stan is one of the premier consultants in the nation who focuses on how existing communications, plans, policies and practices can be transformed to be more inclusive and effective for communities of color and other diverse groups. He has expertise in both the private and public sectors, and most often serves as a strategic advisor to the chief executive officer, school superintendent, government officials and C-suite leaders.
As a co-founder of multiple startups, Stan deeply understands the opportunities and challenges of starting a new venture, planning for growth, creating capacity and finding creative ways to communicate and market a company or organization. He has expertise in public relations, internal communications as well as strategic communications and marketing for B2B and B2C.

As the National School Public Relations Association’s former Vice President of Diversity Engagement, Stan led colleagues across the country in the creation of the organization’s first diversity, equity and inclusion toolkit which continues to be used by communication professionals, superintendents and other education leaders across the country.
Jason Matlock, Co-Founder + COO
Considered an expert in his field, Jason is often called upon by colleagues across the nation for his vast knowledge and counsel.
He is a veteran leader in the area of public safety especially as it relates to school climate, security, and emergency management.
Twenty-five years of public service experience from law enforcement through public education, Jason started out as a patrol officer, transitioning to School Resource Officer (SRO) before moving fully into school service. Once there, he spent 12 years leading the department of Emergency Management, Safety and Security for the Minneapolis Public Schools.
Jason led the department as it became one of the first major urban school districts in the country to move school security away from the reliance on police and punitive practices to a more wholistic, student centered, and equitable approach without compromising safety. Jason continues to bring his knowledge and experience to districts and leaders across the country either as clients, through presenting at conferences, or school board presentations.
